Need a pencil and a desire to play fair, let's like in football: FairPlay.
It is important that your answers are honest right? Because then you can compare like this: what prospects want vs. what you give them.
A professional salesman always delivers what the prospects want to buy. Hence, we as Networkers should see the presentation from the point of view of the prospects.

Chapter 2
In the previous chapter I told you that good leadership is knowing how to convince people that the ideas are well targeted in this way, each of them feel free to propose ideas to improve and everyone is sure they do a good computer when you are thinking together.
And one of the mechanisms for this to be possible to create in each of the team members aware of work and discipline in their work, but they feel forced or tied, the idea is that each team the leader and his teammates are convinced of their task.
In this chapter we will develop two of the four fundamental factors in the development of a true leader.
Factor 1: Conviction
Our activities must have a purpose which is the key to confidence, and it is a goal that drives us every day, we are increasingly convinced that all the things we do are aimed at the improvement and upgrading of our work .
But we must remember that the end does not justify the means, and I mean by this to appreciate the human side, and to know each of the people who work in our project is part of the human qualities required to be an excellent leader.

Chapter 1
Normally there are two words that indicate the direction of a team manager and leader. Here are the differences:
Chief
Is defined as the person who is superior or head of a corporation, party or office may be responsible for giving orders, your job is to organize and take the decisions necessary in their workplace.
Leader
In this part explain the closest definition of leadership. He is a person who guides others toward a common goal, leading the way and creating an environment in which other team members feel actively involved throughout the process.

Yesterday I saw again on cable television movie Rocky VI. This Rocky is pure heart. Who did not grow up listening to his teachings and emotions in combat? We showed a lot about life "I get to the heart," "That deep," God, as if it were complex or tangled simple good and evil.
